Prestige Nails & Co. – Salon Policy

Service Guarantee

Prestige Nails & Co. provides a limited 7-day service and product guarantee from the date of service. This guarantee applies solely to workmanship or product-related defects and is void under, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

-Services are altered, removed, or performed by another salon or individual

-Exposure to harsh chemicals without the use of protective gloves

-Nails are bitten, picked, or intentionally damaged

-Use of non-recommended products or improper aftercare

-Failure to follow post-service care instructions

-Failure to seek medical attention when advised

To avoid any misunderstanding, clients are encouraged to confirm service pricing with their technician prior to the start of the appointment.

 

Refund, Return & Correction Policy

All services rendered and products sold are final and non-refundable.

If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of service, the Salon must be notified within 7 calendar days of the original appointment. At the Salon’s sole discretion, a complimentary express touch-up may be provided for service-related application issues only. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued. Services requested beyond the scope of a corrective touch-up will be subject to standard pricing.

 

Health & Safety Disclosure

Clients are solely responsible for disclosing, prior to service, any medical conditions, allergies, infections, skin sensitivities, or other health-related concerns that may affect or be affected by salon services. The Salon shall not be held liable for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

 

Personal Property Disclaimer

Prestige Nails & Co. shall not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Clients assume full responsibility for their personal belongings while on the premises.

 

Photography & Media Release

By entering the premises, clients acknowledge that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. Clients who do not wish to be recorded must notify a staff member prior to receiving services. Failure to do so constitutes implied consent.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Prestige Nails & Co. reserves the absolute right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to individuals who:

Engage in disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior

Appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Fail to comply with Salon policies, safety protocols, or staff instructions

 

Late Arrival, No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled at the Salon’s discretion. Late arrivals without prior notice may be treated as walk-in guests, and the availability of a specific technician is not guaranteed.

 

Nail Care & Maintenance Disclaimer

Clients acknowledge that nail enhancements and polish are subject to normal wear and tear. The longevity of services is influenced by individual lifestyle, maintenance, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Excessive exposure to water, chemicals, or physical stress may result in premature lifting or damage.

The Salon recommends refills every 2–3 weeks and advises against exceeding three weeks between fills to reduce the risk of damage or infection. The Salon shall not be liable for issues resulting from improper maintenance or delayed fills.

 

Gift Card Policy

For security and fraud prevention purposes, gift cards are available for purchase in person only. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value unless required by law.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, receiving services, or entering the premises, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Salon policies, terms, and conditions.
